When collecting money, negotiating settlements, and making claims in court, attention to detail and persistence are paramount. If you have overdue accounts, you can count on our firm to work hard when litigating and collecting debts owed to you or your business. We are always well prepared and treat all parties involved with professionalism and respect — methods that we believe are the key to our success.
To engage our firm and start collection action for overdue accounts, a business owner or individual needs to:
- Provide the documents from which the debt originated (i.e., signed contract, invoices, emails, etc.)
- Provide all relevant contact information (i.e., phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, etc.)
- Provide any known employment and banking information
- Provide an accurate Statement of Account showing what amounts, charges, goods, or services led to the outstanding debt.
After these items are received by our firm and we agree upon representation, we begin the collection process on your behalf. We work most frequently on a contingency basis, which we can explain during our initial consultation.
